Graduate Chapter Officers

Officer Roles

President

Open

  • Preside over all meetings
  • Assign responsibilities and projects
  • Supervise elections
  • Preside over the executive committee
  • Provide the enthusiasm, vision, and guidance vital to the continuance of the graduate chapter

Treasurer

Dave Davies

  • Maintain records of the graduate chapter’s finances
  • Collects payments for dues, events (e.g., Pig Dinner), and donations
  • Makes payments for events and reimbursements

Recording Secretary

  • Maintain the graduate chapter’s communications, roster, and awards reports for the International Fraternity competition
  • Serve as custodian of the graduate chapter’s records, including minutes, financial institution of record, web host, etc.
  • Update the graduate chapter’s website as needed

Marketing Officer

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Manage digital and social media
  • Coordinate events and communications
  • Increase awareness of our graduate chapter’s activities and impact

Philanthropy Officer

  • Plan, develop, and lead the graduate chapter’s overall funding and donor engagement strategy
  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives
  • Identify recipients of awards
  • Work with the Marketing Officer to ensure philanthropy messaging is present in efforts to increase the visibility of the graduate chapter
