Graduate Chapter Officers
Officer Roles
President
Open
- Preside over all meetings
- Assign responsibilities and projects
- Supervise elections
- Preside over the executive committee
- Provide the enthusiasm, vision, and guidance vital to the continuance of the graduate chapter
Treasurer
Dave Davies
- Maintain records of the graduate chapter’s finances
- Collects payments for dues, events (e.g., Pig Dinner), and donations
- Makes payments for events and reimbursements
- Record meeting minutes
- Maintain the graduate chapter’s communications, roster, and awards reports for the International Fraternity competition
- Serve as custodian of the graduate chapter’s records, including minutes, financial institution of record, web host, etc.
- Update the graduate chapter’s website as needed
Marketing Officer
Open
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Manage digital and social media
- Coordinate events and communications
- Increase awareness of our graduate chapter’s activities and impact
Philanthropy Officer
Open
- Plan, develop, and lead the graduate chapter’s overall funding and donor engagement strategy
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives
- Identify recipients of awards
- Work with the Marketing Officer to ensure philanthropy messaging is present in efforts to increase the visibility of the graduate chapter
